Large parcel shipping specifics

First and foremost, special vehicles are required. Our partner network includes over 5,000 vehicles for large parcel shipping. The load capacity of these vehicles ranges from 2.5 tons to 100 tons, and they can carry volumes from 8 to 96 cubic meters. We have:

• — cargo vans (with tarpaulins, all-metal, refrigerated, or insulated types);
• — container trucks;
• — tankers.

Trailers carrying large items are equipped with braking systems for complete stops. Safe transport conditions are ensured along the entire route. We pre-arrange the route and obtain special permits from regulatory bodies. The cargo is securely fastened with ropes on the platform.

If the cargo is being shipped internationally, we additionally handle the documentation for crossing borders and moving through European roads. With us, large-item shipping is possible from Poland to 9 countries: Ukraine, Austria, Germany, Spain, Italy, the Netherlands, Romania, France, and Turkey.

Types of large cargo

The following parameters are used to define large cargo:

• — weight — more than 500 kg;
• — size — exceeds the dimensions of a postal pallet;
• — length — more than 20 meters;
• — width — more than 2.5 meters;
• — height — 4 meters.

This also includes cargo that extends beyond the vehicle’s sides by 2 meters or more.

Guarantees for large item shipping and delivery costs

Upon the client’s request, a manager will provide the cargo’s location. We guarantee the safety of your shipment. Insurance coverage is from 100,000 euros. For goods transported internationally, we offer a “turnkey” service (including customs brokerage services).

Payment for shipping can be made via bank transfer (with or without VAT), in cash, or by credit card. Installment payment options are available. You can calculate the shipping cost using the online calculator on our website.
